With over 25 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Glen is a highly respected agronomist whose commitment to grower-focused solutions led to the founding of Pinnacle Agriculture in 2008.
Glen brings extensive knowledge of northern New South Wales farming systems, combining regional expertise with a passion for innovation. His client-centric approach has consistently driven productivity gains and, in several cases, helped growers achieve Industry Top Performer status.
He specialises in crop consultancy across a diverse range of farming enterprises, including irrigated crops, broadacre farming, and pasture systems. His deep agronomic insight and dedication to continuous improvement make him a trusted advisor to leading agricultural operations across the region.
Outside of work, Glen enjoys playing drums in a band and spending quality time with his family and friends.
With over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Andrew is dedicated to delivering tailored agronomic advice that supports the unique needs of each grower.
Andrew works with a diverse client base across broadacre, irrigated (grain and fibre), and livestock production systems. His approach focuses on integrating the latest agricultural technologies to enhance both profitability and long-term sustainability for his clients.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing golf, supporting the Canberra Raiders, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
Sam joined the Pinnacle Agriculture team in 2015, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in broadacre and irrigated cropping and northern pasture production systems.
With over 17 years of agronomic experience across key agricultural regions in Northern New South Wales—including Moree, Armidale, and Tamworth—Sam is committed to delivering practical, data-driven advice tailored to each farming enterprise. His focus is on helping clients improve land productivity and develop strategies that drive whole-farm profitability.
Sam is passionate about supporting sustainable agricultural growth and fostering long-term success for his clients.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
Tom joined Pinnacle Agriculture in 2021 as a recent graduate, bringing enthusiasm and a strong foundation in animal production and soil science.
With a keen interest in remote sensing and precision management, Tom is focused on applying innovative technologies to support data-driven decision-making across both livestock and cropping systems. His goal is to help clients enhance productivity and sustainability through practical, forward-thinking agronomic solutions.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his partner and their dog, Moose.
Jimmy joined Pinnacle Agriculture in 2022, bringing with him diverse agricultural experience across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions of Western Australia, as well as North-Western New South Wales and the Hunter Valley.
A graduate of the University of New England with a degree in Agriculture and Business, Jimmy has a strong interest in broadacre cropping systems, dryland and irrigated cotton, and forage and pasture production within grazing enterprises. His approach focuses on enhancing farm profitability and long-term sustainability by integrating conventional methods with new and emerging agricultural technologies.
Jimmy is passionate about supporting producers through practical, forward-thinking agronomic solutions.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing rugby union.
Originally from Scone, NSW, Jack joined the Pinnacle Ag team in 2023, bringing with him over five years of experience in agronomy across
both broadacre cropping and pasture systems. Now based in Inverell, Jack services clients throughout Northern NSW, offering customised
agronomic advice that integrates the latest technologies and best practices. With a strong focus on delivering practical, results-driven solutions, Jack works closely with growers to develop strategies that optimise productivity and profitability in both cropping and grazing operations. Outside of work, Jack enjoys motorbike riding, playing cricket, and picking up the guitar in his spare time. |
Adrian comes from a tobacco farming background in Marondera, Zimbabwe. After completing high school, he relocated to Australia in 2022 to pursue a degree in Agribusiness with a major in Rural Science at the University of New England. He joined Pinnacle Ag at the beginning of 2025 and has quickly become an active member of the team.
Adrian has a strong interest in both broadacre and irrigated cropping, as well as pasture production, and is eager to broaden his knowledge and hands-on experience across the diverse range of enterprises that Pinnacle Ag supports.
Outside of work, Adrian is a keen sportsman—he plays rugby for the Gunnedah Devils and enjoys spending time on the golf course.
Raised on a farm in Narrabri, NSW, Maree developed a strong connection to agriculture from an early age. She holds formal qualifications in accounting and finance, which first led her into the financial sector.
After a rewarding 15-year career as a teacher, Maree returned to her financial roots in 2024, blending her expertise in finance with her agricultural background by joining the Pinnacle Agriculture team. Her diverse professional experience brings depth to her role and helps ensure the smooth financial operations of the business.
Beyond work, Maree enjoys the busy life of raising three children and continues to play an active part in her family’s farming activities.
Originally from Denmark, Sidsel has made the Gunnedah region her home since 2010. With a background in animal care, she spent seven years working as a veterinary nurse at a local clinic.
Sidsel joined Pinnacle Ag in 2011 and now works in a part-time capacity, providing valuable support across a range of administrative functions, including invoicing and day-to-day operational tasks.
Outside of work, Sidsel is a dedicated mother of two and enjoys maintaining a balanced and fulfilling family and work life.
